I started freelance before being offered a full-time role. A year later, I was promoted to Copy Lead across the Volkswagen Group – the agency’s largest account. When the account moved to WPP, I was offered a promotion to Creative Lead in a restructure, but decided it was time for a new challenge.

A partnership designed to give small charities the agency-quality creative work they might not otherwise be able to afford. Our small team has taken charities onto TV, created legacy programmes from scratch and consistently beat our clients’ financial targets, sometimes by over 50%.

I judged the Caples awards in New York in 2007 and the D&AD student awards in 2006 and 2007. I hosted an IPA copywriting workshop in 2010 as well as a couple of D&AD student workshops in 2009. I’ve also written articles for the international fundraising website SOFII.
